What is the typical process of an interior design project?

At Evot Designs, we begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision, style preferences, and functional needs. We then conduct a site evaluation, followed by space planning and concept development. Our team presents mood boards and, if needed, 3D architectural renderings for your review and approval. Once the design is finalized and the budget set, we move forward with the execution stage, ensuring a smooth and seamless transformation from start to finish. As a trusted interior design company in Lagos, we handle all aspects of your project for an enjoyable experience.

Our consultation fee for spaces within Lagos is N100,000. This fee includes an on-site visit, measurements, and design discussions. For projects outside Lagos, the fee may vary based on location.

Within one week of the consultation, we will provide you with a mood board along with an invoice.

If you prefer 3D design renderings, it’s essential that we first see the space or review any available plans in order to provide you with a more accurate cost estimate. The design direction, level of detail required, and overall scope of the project all play a significant role in determining the rendering cost.

The consultation includes an on-site visit where we inspect the project site, followed by design discussions. For residential projects, we will provide mood board designs for four spaces and an invoice for your review.

Estimates are based on several factors, including the size of the space, the design style, and the overall scope of the project. Sharing your budget with us will help guide our recommendations and ensure we tailor the design to suit your financial plan.
